I've been thinking this ER before and when you finally get to a doctor the care is great. However yesterday I spent almost 10 hours with minimal attention even once I was taken back and put in a hallway. I only went to ER because a walkin clinic sent me. Otherwise I could have been resting at home and had access to food (as I'm diabetic and wound up not eating for 12 hours). I understand it was busy but having updates periodically would have eased my mind.
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center rocks. My husband has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and COPD. Nine visits out of ten gets a 9 1/2. His PCP, Kirsten Bunce, gets a 10 every time. Thankful for both.
The Doctor that seen my wife was most helpful in explaining what's wrong and what to do about it.
Just love it here, nurse an the staff have been excellent ever since i been in here to have my baby!!!

I wanted to thank the ER staff at TriStar StoneCrest for taking such good care of me on 6/3/2017. I had a deep cut on my hand that required stitches. I was pleased to get seen and treated in a timely manner. The nurse practitioner that put in the stitches was very nice and did a superb job! I would highly recommend this ER to anyone.
I absolutely love my Surgeon Dr. Timothy Stienagle!!! The best orthopedic surgeon Dr. There is. My stay after knee replacement was very nice. Entire staff was very polite and helpful.
Love this place ...One of the best by far. I would recommend this Hospital for the best service. The staff really seem to care. And take the time to really take care of your needs.
