Very nice & very informative, I had a Myelogram yesterday on my neck and back, very uneasy when you have to do all the moving and especially when it's done on your neck and u haven't even layed on your stomach for a year since back surgery, but with the gentle hands of the ladies working in that room it was a lot easier, when I had to raise my shoulder one at a time in that position I didn't have the strength to lift them they did for me. The E.R. Was slow, the nurse was a grump and she left used medical supplies out on the procedure table, big no no!! Once the E.R. Doctor found out what was happening, and my mother was moved to a room, to get prepped for surgery and to get some better meds and comfort, it was a very pleasant experience, great nurses, awesome doctor and a much better environment! Thanks Dr. Melvin! If you can get past the E.R. It's a good place to go..

My daughter was taken by ambulance after a car accident. She is 10. When i arrived at the er(she had been with my mother) the nurse at the desk made me wait in line behind about 10 people before she would let me go back to my child. The doctors were unable to treat her without a parent so my baby sat there in completely unnecessary pain for 20 minutes because they couldn't even give her Tylenol without my signature and the nurse wouldn't open the doors to let me back.
