Another positive experience at StoneCrest. Everyone is always so nice and caring. They know we are nervous and manage to put us at ease.
My newborn had to be admitted to the NICU and everyone was so professional and caring during his stay, making a situation that was very hard into something bearable. They took the time to listen to our questions about his condition and were willing to be shoulders to cry on, keeping us informed every step of the way. The nursing and lactation staff who looked after me during my recovery were very polite and willing to listen to any questions or concerns that were presented. Very nice and patient with my three year old who had surgery
I went in for two x-rays yesterday and the young man at the front lobby who is new Loudly told me have a seat and he would get me an iPad to check in with. He walked away and never came back. Young lady behind the reception desk had to get the iPad for me.
Very slow we waited four hours to be seen and was there eight hours all together people were leaving to go to other medical centers.
