RecommendedBest patient care i could ask for. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time for treatment. They are just as wonderful to their staff as they are their patients. Just a tip: Just because StoneCrest is in your network does not mean the md doctor who treats you is also in your network.

My mother’s ER experience was a 5 out of 5. There was a short wait time. The staff from the time you walk in for temp check to the doctor and nurses in between were all attentive, caring and polite. The facility was very clean. My mom received the care that she deserved. I strongly recommend this hospital.

Shout out to Stonecrest ED!! I went in for excruciating abdominal pain and my whole team was amazing! Shout out to RNs Daniel and Pherris, PA Keely, Wanda in registration, and Andrea in ultrasound!! You guys are amazing!! ❤
Stonecrest physicians and emergency room staff are awesome. They are efficient and very caring. I have only been through emergency once but they found all my infections snd sent me home with medication.
Brought my son to ER yesterday afternoon, which is scary enough for a 12 yo. The intake nurse and ultrasound tech were super friendly - the whole staff was very kind and accommodating, which put us both at ease. Didn’t have to wait at all, and received a high level of care.
absolutely the WORST facility. do not go here unless it is like a stroke or something but as soon as you are stable transfer to another hospital

your ER is the worst excuse for medical treatment I have ever experienced! After my fiance gave birth, her appeasiotomy tore. I accompanied her, because she was unable to walk, breastfeeding, and in excruciating pain. I understand the regulations regarding visitors due to Covid. However, I was made to leave without a plan in place to provide the mother's milk for our son. The lady at the door was very rude. My fiance was never seen by a doctor, only a nurse.
