went to this horrible establishment this morning was not treated with the right care. they act like everyone that comes in the door is there to get pain meds. so not true after speaking with the so called main people I have learned that this place is the worst I wouldn't take my dying cat here. rude unprofessional unpleasant people!
Beth, the case manager working with my grandmother on the Ortho floor has been absolutely unacceptable and done nothing to help; only hinder the process. She should not be in patient care, as she does not care about the patient or the family.
RecommendedThe staff is top notch. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The food was excellent. The menu options were versatile and easy to order custom meals. The facility has state of the art equipment and this improves the quality of patient care immensely
We've seen several doctors here and love them all but our biggest reason for loving skyline is the care they recently took with my mom. She was there 23 days and Praise God she made it! This staff was a true blessing. They cried, prayed and celebrated with us through it all. My family is so grateful for them all!
Each time I have visited the ER the staff has always been friendly, and very helpful. If you get the chance .. Thank them 😍
Every single staff member I encountered in the ER, on my floor, before and after surgery, etc. was absolutely amazing. I am not exaggerating. They were so patient, cheerful, and friendly. They did everything they could to make me calm and comfortable after my traumatic injury. I very highly recommend them!
My wife recently had a surgical procedure at Skyline. From the moment we walked through the door until the time we left, it was an excellent experience. Everyone friendly, caring, and efficient. No complaints !
The wait times are a farce!!! They calculate by how long it takes them to give you a wrist band, not actually being seen by a clinician. Ive been sitting in the ER wait room with my 18 year old who without warning passed out and hit her head really hard. We’ve been here nearly 2 hours sitting in waiting room. The website said 13 minute wait time when we arrived. Currently it says 15 minutes. What a joke!!! Thank God she’s coherent now!!!
i would never go back to these hospital again ! it's horrible ! they don't treat you right! i took my husband with a huge kidney pain . and they have him there suffering for hours! they're do shit about it ! and doctor head gregory did him a surgery. and everything came out really bad! these hospital and they staff are stremelly horrible! there's a big difference if you dont have a ensure they're not take care of you the same way ! shouldn't be like that ! we all equal! and humans ..... these hospital sucks !!!!!!!!!!!
