I’ve only been here since yesterday but after I had surgery last night, they have let me get out of schedule with my iv antibiotics. They were short staffed with an IV specialist, now waiting for a midline. But this is the second dose of antibiotics that I am missing now. Not to mention their idea of controlling pain is to give you whatever and not even come back and check if your pain has budged. You can sit in your room and cry for hours and they still don’t care or won’t give you anything for anxiety. But it’s OK that the... read more
RecommendedI just want to tell you, I have just experienced the best surgical experience I have ever had!! I will not be able to recommend NCMC highly enough!! Dr. Dahir, the Same Day Surgical team, especially nurses April and Kendra, they were all wonderful!! I appreciate the beginning of the pre op instructions of bathing with hibicleans, arriving and pre op pain control methods. RecommendedStonecrest physicians and emergency room staff are awesome. They are efficient and very caring. I have only been through emergency once but they found all my infections snd sent me home with medication.

RecommendedBrought my son to ER yesterday afternoon, which is scary enough for a 12 yo. The intake nurse and ultrasound tech were super friendly - the whole staff was very kind and accommodating, which put us both at ease. Didn’t have to wait at all, and received a high level of care.

I went to the E.R because I was having uncontrollable shaking and numbness of my left hand and arm, I was put in a room and had blood work done, an x-ray and a CT scan, I laid in that little room for almost 4 hours with an IV in my arm for almost 4 hours with no one coming to see if I was ok, need a drink or have to go to the bathroom. until I screamed out for help, when I told the nurses assistant that I was leaving, all of a sudden the doctor came in and said he was trying to get me transferred to another hospital, I told ... read more
