I work for a tristar hospital, but God forgive me for taking my 67 year old girlfriend to Sky line! 5 hours in a hot holding room on a gurney with no pillows. She had to threaten to pull out her tubes to finally get a drink of water! If you can't give quality care in a timely manner please send Gwen Warren to CENTENNIAL NOW! 😡

Many of the Tri Star hospitals have their Covid visitation policy online, some vary, Skyline does not. My father is at Skyline, I flew 1600 miles to see him, he is in a regular room. I was told I cant because the rule is one visitor for the duration of the visit. Where is this posted? I appreciate Covid concerns and screening, but Skyline today lost all the respect I had for it. Other locations in Nashville allow for some exceptions or more than one visitor during a duration of stay.

Business response:

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry to hear about the communication and visitation issues you experienced. Please give us a call at 615-769-7266 so that we can speak about this further. Thank you.

You have an ER nurse that deserves all the accolades you can bestow on him. Alex exceeded our expectations by providing excellent care during an emergency on 2/23/21 and doing so with calmness, kindness, and humor. We were impressed with his knowledge, dedication, and compassion. The rest of the staff was also wonderful, but Alex really stood out as an exceptional part of the team.

Business response:

Thank you for your review. We value our outstanding team members at Skyline and will pass along the compliment to Alex and the ER team. We are glad that you received such great care during a difficult time.

This hospital transported my 9 year old son to another hospital (no medical event was occurring that would indicate the need for a transfer) WITHOUT my consent - I am his mother. Zero stars.

I had the most amazing experience when I too my daughter to the ER! She was in the middle of a pretty bad episode and when I told the doc and nurse what was going on, they were super supportive and the nurse turned to me and asked ok what cocktail works for her because everyone is different. I was so shocked , but learned that her child has it as well and knew exactly what I was going through.
