While we are in the midst of a pandemic, I totally understand but the lack of concern related to a loved one’s family is terrible. My husband was admitted through the ER with a scheduled surgery the following day. The ER doctor was very inpatient as if we were an inconvenience for him and his bedside manner was terrible including his language. I was told when he was admitted, I would not be able to be in the hospital (totally understandable) I could not stay in the room with him and I would have to remain in my vehicle and s... read more

My mother is still in the Hospital and the Dr did not show up yesterday! No one knows anything and you can not get any answer about her care or plan! I am currently in Quarantine but will come down to the hospital if I have to! The IV site looks nasty and no one has cleaned her up! This is unacceptable! She is in room 730! I do intend to file a formal complaint

RecommendedAmanda Haneline of Tristar Horizon Medical Center is the BEST obstetrics & obgyn in Women’s care and prenatal care doctor I have seen in this area! She is very attentive and thorough which is what you want for your children before and after the womb! this hospital is not a first class trauma center, my grand daughter is in there fighting for her life and she should be in Vanderbilt, but was told she could not be moved due to medical center policy, and my grand daughters insurance, I highly recommend all to seek medical treatment else where.
