After I am seen I always get a letter from billing requesting my insurance information after they make a.copy and make sure it is valid. my daught has been several times they have her insurance info she always gets a big bill. she went to the er and was told she had a spot on her lung and would get a call from pulmonalology for an appointment it had not happen after over a month. they said they would all her with an appointmentin a week yea 5 weeks later no one has called. just like DMA. if you no other plan to go knock your... read more
My mom passed away on August 30th 2020. I was informed by Dr. Adderly the 6th floor hospitalist. As of today September 11, 2020 Dr. Adderly nor anyone else at summit has signed her death certificate. My brother lives in Indiana I live in Georgia and of course mom lived in Tennessee. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of dealing with our grief we have to overcome unnecessary obstacles to moving forward with probate, insurance and legal issues so I could not recommend Tristar Summit hospital to anyone.
Recommendedthey treated me so good, made sure that all my meals were the way I wanted them. the doctors and nurses are wonderful and truly care about you. this is the best hospital I have ever stayed in.

your ER is the worst excuse for medical treatment I have ever experienced! After my fiance gave birth, her appeasiotomy tore. I accompanied her, because she was unable to walk, breastfeeding, and in excruciating pain. I understand the regulations regarding visitors due to Covid. However, I was made to leave without a plan in place to provide the mother's milk for our son. The lady at the door was very rude. My fiance was never seen by a doctor, only a nurse. She was also not restitched, had an infection, and released from th... read more
