RecommendedMy husband had surgery this morning and from the Pre-Admission testing all the way through surgery and discharge, the experience was exceptional! Great care! Love!
Back in May, I've tagged TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center with gratitude. The emergency room and cardiology sergeant were simply outstanding and saved my mom (83-years old). Today, we had a different experience. Locking a suicidal person in isolation for three days and forcing sedatives into their body is anything but “healthcare”. I came to you all for help, and what I received was physical abuse, emotional trauma, and an even worsened mental state. I begged multiple times for psychiatric care, and I was told that “The doctor has more important things to do”. I’ve been seeing this practice for the last 2 years. Dr. Sara Owens office.Yet today I was handle was such level of racism that I haven’t dealt with in years. 2 white women ahead of me was handled with a great level of care. However, I have 3 insurance coverage I know are on file...and was given the run around for 30 minutes. I will not be back.
