RecommendedDuring all of this COVID virus, I’ve had a much needed endoscopy and 2 weeks later, a colonoscopy on the 3rd floor as an out patient. My new gastrointestinal doc only works at Greenview. I admit I was nervous because I had never been here for any procedures. Their protocols for COVID are totally in place. I had 2 different COVID tests before coming in for procedures. The 3rd floor Endo staff rock!

Dr. Sun allowed my sister to lay for over a month and could not explain what was wrong with her!!!! Incompetent Doctors at this hospital!!! My sister was in the CCU for two weeks before Sun said she would have a specialist from Nashville look at her medical records! Two days later she was dead! Do not go to this hospital!!! Dr. Sun is absolutely responsible for her death!!! She didn’t care at all!!!! It’s just like an assembly line when it comes to patients care!!!!

The birth center was mostly great I loved all the nurses and I loved my doctor, most of the ob doctors are great, the director Jan Alexander is amazing but Jennifer one of my recovery nurses who was an absolutely awful bully and made my first day postpartum traumatic. She refused to reset my IV and left me in pain, shamed me horribly for my weight (after I had twins mind you and had gained 80 pounds from preeclampsia and had so much swelling) and was not helpful at all. RecommendedWould just to say I recently had a stay at Centennial Hospital My stay was great. And I want give recognition to the nurses and staff for making my visit very relaxing and one nurse in particular I believe her name is Erika Teaks She was so sweet and caring. While I understand that the current situation has taken a toll on healthcare workers, the treatment ,or lack of it, my father received at the ER yesterday was terrible. It really makes me worry about any future visits my parents may have to make there.
