RecommendedThey were. very polite and answered all of my concerns and questions. I felt very at easy.
I'm sure this will be deleted, but this hospital released my dead dad's belongings to someone who is not next of kin or listed as the point of contact, even though I left countless voicemails telling them not to. They have yet to produce any proof that they released his things and their response was "he signed a waiver, not our problem"... and the "patient advocate" they assigned us was literally zero help and could not even get the name of the person they released his things to. and now she is ignoring all contact from us. ... read more

RecommendedWe are from Memphis and really didn't know where to go! We chose the first hospital that was close and went! So glad we did. The ER staff made my 3 year old (and this frantic momma) feel right at home. From the front desk staff, the medical assistants, the Rns, AND the doctor. (EVEN registration & patrol officer!!) They all made us feel right at home. My 3 year old was SO brave because of how well trained they were! 🙏🏽 thank you so much! My Sutton rose has 5 stitches now, but that's not stopping her! We hope the pm ER staf... read more

RecommendedHad a total right hip replacement this morning. Every single one of the dozens of personnel involved from start to finish were wonderful. It was like a Spa day with 3 hours I don't remember. Big thanks to Dr. Dierckman too
