We had to take my son to the er today..the rn nurse was as rude as she could be to my husband and I .. we will be going to the er by the interstate from now on ..
RecommendedMy husband had surgery and spent 8 days post-op. The nursing staff and ancillary were very professional, caring and dedicated to his recovery. Very pleased with TriStar!
From the time I arrived today and up into the evening I have had excellent care from all the staff. Everything is so clean, no one likes to be in the hospital. But when you have to be, it’s great to find a Facility like yours. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

none of the staff communicate and I was just there for 13 days and mistreated most of the time. and when leaving doctor riza couldn't even understand things I told him and screwed me over
I jus want TOO THANK ALL NURSES HERE Being NURSE WEEK!! I ONLY USED the ER NURSES WHEN I GOT DEATHLY SICK,This was My FIRST STOP BEFORE MOVING ON!! I NEVER REMEMBER THIS STOP TOO WLL EXCEPT THAT THEY GOT I VIDELS DOWN TOO BE ABLE TOO TRAVEL TOO NEXT HOSPITAL!! I USELY HAD (SEPSIS & MAYB SHOCK!!) THANK YOU EVERYBODY!! YOU TOO DOCTORS!! THANK YOU TOO THE ONES THAT GAVE ME THE BLOOD TRANSFUSION WHEN I NEEDED ONE!! GREAT TEAM WORK!!
I didn't know so many professional and caring people could work in one area! From the time I entered the ER, until the time I exited, the staff was amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
Had many visits to TriStar Horizon in Dickson with my wife. She wound up needing a Pacemaker. I was totally satisfied with the attention she received and the level of Medical care was top notch. I trust and recommend TriStar Horizon Medical Center.
The staff that I encountered in the ER were extremely unprofessional and lazy. I will suffer through the ride to Nashville next time before I ever return to this ER.
