My son had his tonsils removed on the 19th. Went in there TWICE because I could tell he was getting dehydrated and then the 2nd time he was bleeding. Each time was told he was fine because he had tears. Not even 5 hours later when I took him to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital he was admitted! We just got home from a 3 night stay because of dehydration and an issue with his surgery. He was so dehydrated he didn’t even flinch when they did his IV and Horizon sent him home! I will NEVER go back to Horizon I can promise you that!

My mom was admitted through the ER this week with afib. Everyone who helped with my mom during this illness was great. From the staff, nurses and doctors everyone was great and very kind. Thank you to everyone there that helped my mom and my sister and I.
if you're truly sick or feel like you need to be admitted for an illness or incident don't go here. They have poor service, poor patient care, rude nurses and they simply put tou in a room, get the information they need for payment and then they forget about you. I went in toi the ER vomiting, sweating, abdominal pain and truly thought I was in trouble. after an IV, several medications for vomiting, they discharged me throwing up at my car while they held the wheelchair for me and my wife telling them this shouldn't be calle... read more
I was so sick last February with Flu & Pneumonia & they took great care of me for a week! One Nurse even went to a store & bought me cough drops with her money! Home away from home.
