I attended for microsuction wax removal and was pleased to see that Tripp have invested in a proper microscope installation (other "microsuction" specialists use an iPhone with a special lens attached which IMHO is nowhere near as good) They also have top quality in-ear photography equipment and were able to show me before and after pictures on a large screen. I would highly recommend Tripp Hearing following my experience of having my first hearing aids. The various stages were very professionally manged by Sarah.
Friendliness and efficiency are the bywords I would use to describe Tripp Hearing. The staff without exception are completely professional and their friendly and efficient manner gives the customer complete trust in them. Their charges are well documented so there are no nasty surprises when it’s time to pay. The procedures are explained step by step and questions are welcomed and answered in detail. I have no hesitation in giving them my recommendation.
