Brilliant care team and a cosy environment. Triple trees has everything you would expect from a residential care home and then some
By the sounds of it my mother is getting great care which is good, but will only give one star because the money mum owes for her care is OVER £11,000 now and STILL HAVE NOT GOT A DRICT DEBIT FORM to take to the bank. Totally disgusted with how we are being treated as it seems as though they make you wait for the payment then send it out AND BANG IT'S MANY THOUSANDS OF POUNDS, SO NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
