I had a damp proofing Guarantee when I first moved into my house they told me they were not going to do it it would cost too much to put it right I asked them what was the point of the guarantee and they didn’t say on this just said bye to me and told me it would cost about £3000 for me to do it
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Carried out some damp proofing last year and the rising damp has come back but Rick (owner) is reluctant to admit his damp proof course hasn't worked, blaming it on condensation! Had 4 companies confirm it's rising damp. 30 year guarantee? It's a joke. Taking this further!
