Easy to make appointment. Kept me informed before, during and after. Tech was courteous and efficient. Got us set up for regular semi annual visits. I thought we were all ready on the program but he made sure we are going forward.
I had Charles come and take a look at my water heater, poor thing was dead on arrival. After finding out it was years past its life expectancy, Charles was able to quote me on a new and safer water heater (at half of what I was expecting). On top of installing the water heater he also re-piped some lines, vents and pipes that the previous homeowner must have done himself or with a friend, so they were “good enough” but not really that good. We have used Triple T for years and have always been pleased. The professionals are always prompt and very kind. They explain the service that they are giving and suggest ways to improve any issues that may exist. The office staff is always on the ball. We like the fact that they get in touch with us and tell us when it's time to do a maintenance service on our heating, air conditioning or plumbing. We would, and do, recommend Triple T to everyone.
