Our service tech, Derek, was great about explaining what the issues were with our furnace/heater. Throughout the inspection, he would come explain and show video of what needed to be addressed. He was also great about not making us feel forced into any decision. He was quite thorough in the work he did and was detailed in explaining the process.

had a thermostat failure this morning. Called, and Jeremy was able to be at my home later that afternoon. Diagnosed quickly. Made the repair and then adjusted my thermostats for better performance. Clean, efficient and a true gentleman. Will call again.
My plumbing problem was given immediate attention. Charles arrived at the start of the window of time I was given. He was able to fix my problem in a few seconds. I did request that part be replaced, and it was. He made sure all was fine. I have always had great care from Charles, and the other staff at TTT. I have and continue to recommend them to others.
