Lyle S***** is our plumber from TTT. He has consistently worked very hard to keep our plumbing issues repair and functioning. Most recently we have needed to replace one toilet. We explained to him that this was not an option for us financially. He was so empathetic and LISTENED to our concerns. He worked tirelessly to take the toilet apart and replace the its parts. As always, Triple T was on time and courteous. Gus identified the problem and gave me options on how to have it fixed at the best price for me. AC is back to cooling us down!

I give Triple-T a one star rating only because Johnse, the tech who came to the house, was a nice guy and that's the only good thing I can say about Triple T. Our a/c broke down and Triple T came out to fix it. While we are waiting on them I check online for evaluating what might be the problem. Probably a capacitor gone bad. Sure enough Johnse gets here and it's a bad capacitor. The problem arises when I'm told that it will cost $285 to replace this capacitor that I just saw online for $20!! Professional, thorough, and my air conditioner is working better. While their prices for a tune-up run almost double their competitors, I would hire them again. Lane Sorensen did a fantastic job, and was wonderful with my grand kids and even the dog. He represented the company well. Thanks for a job well done!
