We had three new HVAC units installed in the St George area. Jason T*****'s explanation of the work plan was professional and prompt. The installation crew communicated with us throughout the process. The old units were removed and the new systems were installed in five days. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with this company.
Great service, Kody was super efficient and fixed our heater within 30 minutes. And explained to me what was happening. So happy not to wake up to a 55 degree house in the winter!
Triple-T replaced our furnace and AC the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They did a great job, both in going over our choices in prior visits and then throughout the installation both days. We also had a duct cleaning, and an ionizing purifier added at the same time. Their sales representative, Lance, is a real professional. We are very happy with Triple-T and highly recommend them. We were told when our technician would arrive, got a call from him when he was on his way, he made sure all our questions were answered, he explained the results when he was finished, cleaned up the insulation that was dislodged from the attic and was in general very friendly and professional.
Brad T***** did a great job. TTT does right by me.
