I’ve been at trio for the past 2 years and will be entering my third next year, I live in Center and I absolutely love it. There’s the perfect amount of space for everything you need at a very affordable price. I tell everyone who is looking for housing to live at trio and won’t be stopping anytime soon �
The apartments are nice and I like that there is always parking and the workout rooms are convenient, but I don't feel that they justify the relatively high rent.
Trio has the nicest townhouses Allendale has to offer. With price ranges and styles to fit all needs. Among many great amenities such as a private campus shuttle, gym, 24 hour lounge, etc. Great place.
I have lived in Trio Townhomes for two years now and I am quite pleased! The apartments are clean and comfortable and The staff is always helpful. It seems that the Trio staff genuinely cares about their residents. 10/10 recommend!
Trio is so cool! They always have free food, good management, and awesome apartments. Live here if you can.
I’ve lived in Trio for the last 2 years. I have never had any overwhelming problems that would keep me from recommending people live here. Where I lived (North) was not overly flashy but it had everything I needed. Any maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. The staff I’ve encountered in the offices have always been kind and welcoming.
Overall a good apartment for the price. You don’t have to pay extra for unnecessary amenities. The WiFi isn’t great but everything else is good. The clubhouse is really nice.
Love this place! Super comfortable and fun! I have lived here for 2 years and I am so glad I decided on TRIO as my college home!
