TRIO townhomes is a great living opportunity for upperclassmen at Grand Valley State University. Their maintenance and snow removal team is absolutely amazing and their response time to any issues/snowfall is awesome! Definitely would recommend living at TRIO whether it is in north, center, or south!
This is my first year in trio and I’m enjoying so far. Location is good and price is good. The apartments have been falling apart on us throughout the semester but maintenance is always there to fix it for us. People here are nice but security tends to hang out in the lot by the gym in trio north
I’ve lived in Trio Center for the past two years and love that it feels more like a home than an apartment, the staff is always very nice and the new shuttle makes getting to and from campus much easier! Overall a great place to live!

I highly recommend living here! Great staff and they always make me feel welcome when I come into the office, the 24 hour maintenance is great and very helpful! I plan on living here next year and I can’t wait!
