My time in trio north has been good, and I️ believe it is the perfect size for the price. Some problems do occur with the appliances but nothing that maintaince hasn’t fixed in a timely manner. It is cheaper than the newer places which is mainly why I️ will continue to live in trio.
As a current resident at TRIO South, I have been very pleased with my experience. Maintenance is always on top of things when it comes to completing work orders or snow removal. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. My favorite things about being a TRIO resident is being a able to use the fitness center and stopping by the office to grab free things!
Trio South has spacious and comfortable apartments to live in with brand new appliances. However, the dishwashers are not very good at actually washing and take much longer to run than the 20 year old one that my parents have back home. The office staff are extremely helpful whenever there is a problem and they are very knowledgable. Yet, they didn't notify my roommates and I that maintenance would be coming around during Winter break. I have lived in Trio Center for the last semester and through this semester. I love the trio shuttle that comes through almost right to my door every 20 minutes, making it so i don't have to walk all the way to copper's bus stop through the mud. There is free parking and the wifi just got updated so it's super fast and I never have a problem with it. The maintenance guys are very friendly and very quick to help when something needs to be fixed! I really enjoy living here and having a big closet and a big room to myself!
Spent one year in trio center. I have really enjoyed it other than the constant issues with the website
Trio south is brand new, clean and spacious! I love living here! Staff is friendly, gym is small and the bus is a great addition!
I like the apartments a lot and the staff is very friendly.
I’ve spent the past 6 months in Trio Center. I have liked it so far and have had no issues with the apartment itself. The tenant portal however, is very iffy and has given me some problems. Nice place to live.
