I've been in Trio for 2 years and it's been a pretty nice situation. The environment is pretty nice, South is close to a bus stop, and there's now a bus that gets you to Kirkhof anyway. Overall great experience, great staff!
I love TRIO! Such amazing staff and just a great place to live.
I’ve lived in trio for the past 6 months and this is my first apartment that I’ve lived in. I really like the layout and although it’s not updated, it’s suited majority of my needs and my roommates and I have been able to make it very homey. The price is also relatively cheap, especially compared to surrounding complex’s.
It’s very modern and great. Nice place. Would definitely recommend it.
Trio south is nice, and you get what you pay for. The walls are super thin though, and the downstairs stays cold throughout the winter which is annoying. Overall would recommend, if You can get a spot.
Solid place to live, no issues with the apartment (trio center). Staff was friendly, but the tenant portal is very buggy and I’d expect some issues with it if you decide to live here. Would recommend overall for a mid-range budget.

I’ve enjoyed living in Trio— it’s relatively cheap compared to the apartments around, they regularly plow (thank the lord), and I really enjoy the 24 hour fitness center they have. I’d definitely recommend, especially since you can take the bus to GV’s campus and save even more money.
Love living at trio north! It’s cheap clean and the office staff is very friendly! Definitely recommend!
