Overall this is a pretty decent place to live at. It is very cheap relative to all the units and the quality is quite nice. The only complaints I have and why it is not 5 star is the wifi is very hit or miss and the dish washers are not that good. These are issues that can be mended tho via paying a small fee for wifi instead of using the free service and washing dishes by hand. Overall I would definitely recommend this place, be it North, Center, or South.
I live in Trio Center and while it can be a bit expensive it is a great place to live!
I lived in Trio North for two years and loved the space and location. During my time the city bus removed the bus stop for our apartment complex and Trio started their own busing system to make up for that downfall. The maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. The appliance in Trio North are older but you're also paying a much cheaper price than the newer apartments. They also provide free parking & free coffee in the Trio Office! Overall, great experience here.
I've had nothing but good experiences living in Trio South this year. Whenever we call maintenance they arrive within it seems hours of sending it in. The staff in the office are incredibly nice and never get sick of me bringing in mail that's not actually mine. Was incredibly clean on move in day, and over all a quality complex.
Trio is such a nice place to live! The office staff continues to come up with ways to encourage community engagement with various activities and events throughout the year. They added a shuttle to campus this semester for convenience and the thoughtfulness that the entire staff has for their residents does not go unnoticed! Thank you Trio!
Great location, great management, great amenities (private shuttle to campus, free coffee, free pop), pet friendly, and very nice comfortable apartments! I would definitely recommend living here!
I’ve lived in Trio Center for two years now, I love how much space there is. The bedrooms are a great size and the walk in closets are even better!

I have lived in Trio North for 2 years and it has been awesome! Trio really does a lot for their residents. They have a gym that is open 24/7, a quiet study lounge, free parking, and free coffee! There are also events that are put on throughout the school year! Not to mention, their maintenance team and snow removal workers are awesome and always fast to the task at hand! I really enjoyed living here and had a great experience!
