I have been using Trio for a few years now for two of my properties. The communication from Elzaan, the maintenance co-ordinator, is excellent and timely. She is always trying to find a solution. However, the company as a whole have disappointed me recently. I paid for a repair of a wardrobe, that they claim to have fixed, but in actual fact hadn't fixed. A very useless company. We dealt with Sandro Heitor, who was an absolute pain to deal with. Constant excuses - couldn't care less about the work that needed to be done. As part of the work they installed a new stove for my kitchen and instantly there was a gas leak. They left the property in such a state with paint on the floor tiles and nails just left within the cabinets or on the counters. They even used my own vacuum which couldn't handle the amount of debris and dust that it stopped working. Overall, a very unprofession... read more
Purposely busted the previous company letting a lot of trades down who did the work in good faith, ran by lairs and cheats, never engage, just save yourself the hassle! Would leave 0 stars if possibe.
