After a SIGNIFICANT amount of research, we upgraded to solar in 2021 with Trinity Solar! They custom designed a system that met my family's needs along with maintaining the aesthetics of our home. I've had my Trinity/Sunnova solar system for over a year.On 6/23/24 my inverter stopped working. On 6/25/24 a Sunnova Tech came out to diagnose the issue. It was a holiday week and then I had trouble reaching a live Sunnova rep, later to find out Sunnova customer care is headquartered in ***** where they just experienced a hurricane & were working remotely. Had an excellent install with Trinity. ******************* was amazing to work with, not at all pushy. He simply gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. **** kept us apprised of the status of our project at every step and even checked to see how the install went day of. We are thrilled with the system **** designed, it more than meets our needs, we have not paid eversource a dime since the system went live.
