I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Trinity Dentist. I called the practice and was kept on hold for 48 minutes—at one point, I was even told I was “caller number 2.” Completely fed up, I decided to drive to the practice while still on the phone. To my shock, when I arrived, the receptionists were sitting around chatting casually. When I asked why no one was answering calls, they claimed the phone lines weren’t working. Every time I ring the orthodontist they never answer the phone. Iv been trying to cancel by appointment but I haven't been able to get through. Answer the phone or hire some new receptionists!!!!!
Came here for private treatment and received really nice service by dr vishal and angie, would definitely recommend them for anyone thinking to go through with ortho.
On hold for over an hour then got hung up on once was got first place in queue...
