Terrible Company, no jobs completed, never visit estate and just harass people
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Trinity Estates has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, fabricated charges, and blatant avoidance of accountability. Let’s start with the fabricated charges they have tried to impose on me: £195 "restriction fee" – A completely made-up charge with no basis in my lease agreement. Trinity Estates are without question the worst property management company in the UK. They do not answer the phone, have absolutely zero regard for their customers, and the property managers are severely lacking in basic skills to do the job. Avoid at absolutely all costs, under no circumstances enter into business with this company.
While renting a property in Cockermouth, trinity were generally responsive. It often took a while for issues to be resolved, for example, a knocked over street lamp took over 2 weeks to be fixed.
