We had our Bedroom, stairs and landing including the hallway carpet fitted yesterday and the whole process from start to finish was first class, we bought a quality grey carpet and new carpet bars plus underlay where required, the fitter was completely honest and told us that we didn't need to replace all the underlay as it was still in sound condition and only new in the bedroom that didn't have any and worn part on landing and 1 stair. Fantastic experience start to finish went to the showroom on Birmingham new road in Dudley, staff really took the time to explain all opinions and to help us find what we were after for our budget.
