Have had two sports massage sessions with Neil for my shoulders and back. He was able to pinpoint the areas that really needed attention and work on them to sort the issue out. He has given me some exercises to do also post treatment. Excellent service by a professional in the comfort of your home. Highly recommended.
After being increasing tight for too long my back was sore. After a sports massage with Neil my body felt so much more comfortable and mobile:) Neil kept easy conversation going throughout so I felt comfortable and relaxed and it’s a great bonus that it was all in my own home. Would highly recommend. Natalie was fantastic. Had a lot of tension in my back and neck, now realised, I feel back to normal!
After training for, and running the London Marathon my legs were in bits, luckily Natalie knows exactly how to deliver a bespoke massage for all types of aches and pains. Plus she is super friendly and kind! I can fully recommend her.
