Recently I visited the home, home was newly decorated and the staff were very helpful, welcomeing. The staff are extremely caring and it is very homely atmosphere. Observed the staff are providing person centred care. I have visited few homes recently I belive this is one of the best home to mees the needs of the residents.

I've been recently visiting many care homes/residential homes to see the care & services they provide in order to consider the best one for my Father and I should say how happy I am to have found Trimley residential home. It's very clean, welcoming and greeted by the management team & wonderful friendly staff. I agree with others comments about rude manager. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Now changed its name to Trimley Residential Home, but its the same owner and management both of which (in my opinion), do not have the skills required.
