Brilliant experience from start to finish..... we were left alone to puruse caravans but Eddie was on hand to answer questions and put us caravan virgins at ease! Bought our caravan almost 2 years ago from Tricam. About 2 weeks ago we had got in contact to see if they would be interested in buying it back from us. Our details were taken down and told we would get a call the next day. 4 days passed with no call so I called again. The same scenario, details taken and told we’d be called the following day. I can't fault this company at all. It was our first time buying from a dealership as previously we bought privately. We had visited many caravan sales shops/locations across Ireland. And decided to go across the boarder to the north. And what a difference it made. Much more professional in their manner/approach. Much better quality in the stock provided. Bought 2 caravans from Tricam and cannot fault them. Eddie, Mark and Caroline are 100%. They have the best selection and cleanest caravans from all the dealers I have visited. No hard selling and they are very helpful. I also use Tricam for my servicing as they are very accommodating and have sorted me at short notice when I have needed emergency work done. 100% recommended.
