Recently we decided to go back into owing a caravan. In the past we have used 4 other suppliers of caravans. But unfortunately 2 of those we would not recommend. So just by chance we were passing tricam on the A1 & decided to go in too see theirs. What a great decision. We chose a lunar 4 berth with a fixed bed. We have just purchased our first caravan from Eddie and Co. Brilliant experience from start to finish..... we were left alone to puruse caravans but Eddie was on hand to answer questions and put us caravan virgins at ease! We were told a two week wait (our caravan hadn't been ready when we first saw her).... we collected her exactly 2 weeks later and again Eddie was great, taking the time to explain all we needed to know in a friendly, knowledgeable way and he didn't make me feel daft asking him any questions. Bought our caravan almost 2 years ago from Tricam. About 2 weeks ago we had got in contact to see if they would be interested in buying it back from us. Our details were taken down and told we would get a call the next day. 4 days passed with no call so I called again. The same scenario, details taken and told we’d be called the following day.
