My first experience of triathlon homes is not great. Firstly when I try to register it does not work and I have tried 3 times. When I called to get help and to explain, I found the first staff member who answered my call to be okay, just sounded like he had just got out of bed and didn’t sound professional. Once you move in they don't care about you. They are absolutely useless! I have many negative experiences with Triathlon Homes.
Amazing service by Triathlon Homes. Have rented through this company for over 3 years. Never faced a single problem. Responsive and caring housing management. Highly recommended.
I’m a resident of East Village and my landlord is Triathlons Homes… every thing is good but Customer Service is zero and less than zero… some of them are very rude….in middle of my conversation she hung up the phone… please reconsider your staff
