I went to Sofia with a pain in my left leg that was making it difficult to walk or sleep. She really helped me! Within a week, my leg started healing and the pain was barely noticeable! Will be visiting again! Thank you!
Excellent service and treatment. I have a rotator cuff issue and Hollie gave good advice on how to help remedy the issue, and manipulated the problem sreas to give relief. I was very impressed and the shoulder already feels much better.

I had some excruciating pain caused by lumbar spinal stenosis and that gave me some difficulties in walking (I had to drag my right foot after a short miles of walking) also I had to hold the rails as I was unable to get up and down the stairs, get on and down the bus and sit up and down.... having said that, after only 2 sessions with Mariana, I am now having almost pain free. I am glad to be recommended by my son to Triangle Osteopaths in Crystal Palace... Mariana is a professional and caring osteopath. Thank you.
