Phone system doesn't work over the weekends? Unable to contact an on-call doctor for non-emergency issues. I'm hoping this was a one time phone system glitch.
My Doctors, Hou & Oji are fantastic. My patient care if always great. However, I get annoyed when I have an appointment and have to wait over an hour to be seen. If I wanted to be seen an hour later than my scheduled appointment time, I would have booked the appointment for an hour later.... TVOS, you need to find a way get better at being on-time with appointments. Or have a system where you can let a patient know the doctor is running late. Text, phone call? If I operated my business that way, I wouldn't have any business.
Good doctors & care but they always, always, always overbook. I can understand a short delay but having to wait over an hour for every appointment is very frustrating
Dr Jupina is my orthopedic surgeon and top notch! He works at multiple locations and uses the best and newest techniques. He's replaced a hip so far and will be doing knees soon; right first. Total confidence in this man and the staff here!
I have been coming here since 2013 & everyone is great Dr.Burgar & there PT staff are the best..thank you for taking great of my hands!!
