Awesome staff and doctors!
My wife's doctor prescribed medication to her that she's allergic to, over a week ago, and still hasn't changed the prescription for some other alternative that she could take. He still hasn't gotten back to either of us about it, and we've been trying to contact him ever since. I get the feeling that all this orthopedist sees with her is dollar signs.
I thought Dr. Dainer and staff were great. Kept me posted on everything going on, answered all questions I had, kept me company while I was waiting for surgery and all had a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable in their care. Looking forward on going back to do the other shoulder.
Dr Jupina did knee replacement surgery on my husband this past September. His expertise and knowledge was excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional and Dr. Jupina has an excellent bed side manor. We would highly recommend them. Should my husband require orthopedic surgery in the future we would definitely come back to Dr. Jupina for treatment/ surgery. Thank you again. We are so appreciative!
Dr.Hou is amazing! He knew I was anxious & told me exactly what was going to happen & talked to me during the procedure. The nurses and staff at the pleasanton location were beyong attentive & friendly. Truly made me feel more at ease. Definitely would recommend this facility.
