Our experience has been amazing! Steve has been extremely helpful every step of the way and didn’t try to upsell anything. They were very clear of the cost of things and what to expect during the process. They listened to what we wanted and found things that would work for us in our budget. Building a house with them has been extremely stress free and could not recommend them enough!
Tri-Point Homes in Findlay was a complete disaster from start to finish. I was interested in one of their modular homes and put down a deposit to move forward, but it all fell apart fast. When they finally gave me a quote, the project was outrageously expensive—way too costly for a prefab when you could get a stick-built house for less. The entire staff are hard working and amazing. Each had their own personal responsibility in the process and all of them excelled. They were always there to answer and questions and did an amazing job of walking us through each step in the process. Steve is an amazing salesman and liason, always quick to respond and called often just to check how we were handling the process. I went to the Findley location and had a consultation with a sales person. I had spoken to him 2 times via the phone telling him what I was looking for and he was to have some plans and information at the appointment. I came from out of town and drove 9 hours to the appointment. When we got to the appointment the salesman was pleasant but was not prepared to talk to us about a specific floor plan that I had chosen on line.
