Worst service ever, I placed an order on the second of December and I was told it take two weeks to deliver. But it took a month, the I called to have an inspection and they won’t answer the phone.

Wish we could rate 0 stars. Just like everyone else, we are out of propane, have two little kids, live in the mountains so it’s very cold out now. We’ve been calling the amerigas office every day and each day we were told the delivery was coming. This is so disappointing. I can’t believe they’d treat their customers this way. Such bad business. This will be our last time using them.

Woke up Monday, 1/11/21 to the house being 54 degrees. My 1.5 yr old and 4 yr old woke up at 5am screaming because of how cold they were. My son's hands were freezing and purple. After a couple hours of warming the kids up, and after realizing we were completely out of propane (even though we're on the auto-refill program), I had to get space heaters just to keep us a little warm, which cost an arm and a leg not to mention the amount of times these shorted out the fuses and once the whole entire house fuse. Well it's now bee... read more

AmeriGas' driver hit my daughter's vehicle and they refuse to accept liability to pay the damage. This has been outstanding since Sept 2020 and their insurance mangagment Helmsman Mangagement has failed to resolve the matter. Per the police report their driver was totally in fault and yet they are refusing to resolve this matter.

I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. They really are worthless and they let consumers run out so they can charge you an extra $111.00 for running out ......really we call order and 2 weeks later have to call back cause they don't deliver and we get penalties worst part I seen a truck in my area twice in that 2 weeks. They do that to rip the customer off. Think about all the money they make in a month if they do this to all customers

So right from the start Amerigas Customer service lied to me. I was never told that I would have to wait 14 business days to receive a Will Call gas order. They dont care if you run out of gas. This is the third time I have paid for propane and had to wait. Also if you get below 10% even though you ordered gas at 30% and they take weeks to deliver they charge you a leak test of $150. Which is fraud. They rip you off as much as possible. And they charge 4 extra fees per order that NO other company charges. DO NOT USE HERITAGE... read more

Just spent an hour on the phone with AmeriGas asking that they send me my overpayment of 123.00$. Agent indicated that they were unable to refund me the over payment (miscalculated by their customer service agent when determining the amount based on the fill percentage) unless I switched propane companies. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you look elsewhere for your propane company. I’m already looking to switch.

If i could give a negative five star I would. DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE SOURCE FOR YOUR PROPANE NEEDS, WILL NOT FULFILL NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS, YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT PROPANE!!!!! This company is horrible, currently been out of gas and calling for emergency fill for five days now and yes I did say currently waiting. Can not get any honest answers from any cutomer service. On day five trying to get delivery customer service actually hung up and disconnected the phone call. This is actually after being on hold for over half ... read more

Just spent an hour on the phone trying to get AmeriGas to send me the credit on my account....$123.00! Agent told me that unless I switched propane companies that the credit would stay with them and they would not return my money. It was their agent that miscalculated the amount I would owe for the fill based on the current tank level. All they said was that they were “sorry”. I wish Heritage Propane had never sold out to AmeriGas.....HORRIBLE customer service. Find a different provider if you can.
