Just dare try to get an appointment not a chance over 3 weeks waiting to get my 91 year old mother to see a doctor despite emails telling me they would be in touch. In the end they told me to ring 111 and go to A&E.
Horrible horrible surgery. They seem to care more about the down and outs around town then they do anyone else. Staff attitude is appalling! Do not recommend anyone take their kids in there after the way my partner and children were treated recently then when refusing to reattend the surgery and formally putting a complaint into carn to coast . Absolutely horrible surgery. Dont Deserve a star at all. This place needs to be closed down and sack the lot of them. If anyone has a brain keep away from here. They will make you sick.
They don't even deserve a one star from me, they keep letting my 3yr old daughter (who is on the ASD pathway as a level 3 non verbal) down, everytime I take her in doctors they always treat her like she has something they would catch, they barely ever actually do their job and half the time refuse to look her over because she doesn't like it, she has been ill for the last 5 months on and off with the same illness, which I eneded up having to take her to walking A&E just to be told she is mildly dehydrated, has a ear infectio... read more
