Called up on a Saturday morning at 8:30am due to a blocked drain and the person I spoke to was really helpful, booked an engineer for 2pm the same day. Unfortunately the engineer had an issue with their van but another engineer was sent straight away and communication was great. Everything sorted by 3:45pm and Kevin was really thorough and happy to answer my questions. The area was left clean and tidy. Would recommend!
