Really thought they could help until I had to reschedule an appointment due to my birthday and my son's mid term school break. Never missed an appointment or had to Cancel. And been discharged for rescheduling the appointments. Absolutely disgusting way to be treated, for someone going through mental health please do not consider Trent PTS as the therapist also has an attitude problem.

Is a brilliant place. That give u all help u need.and all suport u need..and are there for u..I would recommend to anyone that need help and need service
The staff are empathetic and very easy to work with.
