Impossible to get hold of. Initially had someone out to fix my blinds, lovely guy more than helpful. But ever since have been waiting for 6 months for someone to come and replace them. Trying to call weekly but never any answer to mobile or landline, or text.
I worked for a company that used Trent Maintenance regularly and dealt with a man called Michael who was nothing but rude and arrogant. Serious little man syndrome.
