When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
