Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
