No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this provider's business conveniently located? I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this pediatrician friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Also it is in need of a little TLC, maybe some paint, nice pictures, etc. Despite the appearance of the office, I appreciate that during the appointment they made a point to address my concerns as a new mommy. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was really nice to see how patient they were with the kids. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They have really great customer service here. The Doctor makes sure she understands exactly what's going on with my daughter. The waiting room is small and dingy but the exam rooms are better. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I became a little nervous when I found out that they didn't have anyone on staff that could provide care if the pediatrician was unavailable. I was scared that my child would need care, and they wouldn't be around. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
