DR. TRENT'S STAFF FORGET TO RELAY MESSAGES AND THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO PAREBTS REQUEST. HALF THE TIME. THEY DO NOT HAVE PHONE ETIQUETTE AND LIE TO THE PATIENTS AND HER TO GET OUT OF TROUBLE. LAB RESULTS ARE NOT GIVEN ON A TiMELY MANNER, YOU HAVE TO BEG FOR THEM BUT STILL NO EFFORT. WITH DR TRENT EVERTHING IS A VIRUS WHEN SHE CAN'T DIAGNOSE THE PATIENT PROPERLY. ShE IS FORGETFUL.. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

I could not brag more about this office people and the Doctor. I have 3 kids and my kids love the people there. They go beyond to help in anyway they can. THANK YOU.

We have always enjoyed taking our son to see Dr. Trent. She has been treating him since he was released from the hospital- he is now 7. If you want honest answers, please see her. What I like most is that she calls back; even on weekends!

I have been taking my kids here for over 12 years! The staff is very accommodating and Dr.trent is wonderful! She is very blunt and to the point which I appreciate. Sometimes she tells you what you don’t want to hear but that’s her job. She can’t always give you medicine for a sick child if it’s a virus. I know as parent we get upset because we don’t want to see our kids in pain but medicine is not always possible. I have move like 3 times to different cities and I still drive to see her. My kids love her and I love her!

Dr. Trent has been our Pediatrician since January 2004; the birth of our 1st child. Dr. Trent is highly knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. We have referred her to many of our family and friends-all of which are very pleased.

Wish I could give her no stars . She is the worst doctor and extremely RUDE!! Whatever you do don't take your child to her she is very uneducated!! Completely disregarded my concerns . I was sent to her by the ER because of my baby's poop was giving her bad rashes and she told me she had no reason to send out her poop to the lab so we went back and fourth about the situation && she told me to basically GET OUT OF HER OFFICE AND TAKE MY BABYS POOP WITH ME . She's very unprofessional ! I left my b

I was a patient of Dr. Trent when I was younger and now my daughters are patients of hers as well. She remembers me from when I was younger and is very knowledgeable. She has never steered me wrong and I would recommend anyone to her. Her staff is always sweet and wonderful.

She is very knowledgeable and has never steered us wrong. She was the third pediatrician that we had four our first son, and now we have four kids. She remembers us every time, asks about the other kids and always been right. You couldn't ask for a better doctor. I wish she took adults.
