I have been taking my kids here for over 12 years! The staff is very accommodating and Dr.trent is wonderful! She is very blunt and to the point which I appreciate. Sometimes she tells you what you don’t want to hear but that’s her job. She can’t always give you medicine for a sick child if it’s a virus. I know as parent we get upset because we don’t want to see our kids in pain but medicine is not always possible. I have move like 3 times to different cities and I still drive to see her. My kids love her and I love her!

I have be going to Dr. Trent for 20 years all 5 of my children have been a patient of hers and I couldn't see my kids going anywhere else. The fact that she remembers everything about my children and have for a fact experience her fighting on behalf of my daughter with the hospital over a misdiagnose Potomac Hospital gave. There has never been a time day or night that she has not called back due to an emergency that she knows that if I call after hours it truly is important. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Absolutely not. They were extremely annoyed with every first-time mother Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! Dr.Trent has very good and nice staff but she is the WORST DOCTOR EVER! The time she spends checking my kids is so little. She can easily miss something. One of my sons has eczema and I told her that I had noticed he breaks out more when he eats eggs, all she said was not to give it to him any more. She didn't explain why he breaks out. She is NOT INFORMATIVE. The most she spends is like no more than 5 mins in the exam room with my kids.
