Extremely helpful and friendly staff - no question was too much! They went out of their way to fit in our appointment. So glad we found them and will continue to use their services. Quick and easy walk from the Sainsbury's parking lot.

Robbed me of 75 pounds for a consultation which lasted less than 20 seconds - looked in the eye of my dog and said it's OK. People work all day for this money. Shame on you!
