Don’t do their job properly, don’t answer the phones and even when you get inside they don’t give an actual resolution nothing just try to send you back out to get their job over and done with. They don’t help with nothing.

Avoid…no existent doctors can’t get an appointment only e-consultation's booked weeks ahead and then they never call.. pretty sure this surgery is a secret money laundering place or something.. in the 3 years I have been with them I have never seen a doctor or set foot in the place even tho I have an autoimmune disease.. I’m getting no management.. you will be left for dead!!!!
Amazing service, far better than my normal surgery and Dr Edward Weaver was amazingly brilliant. Nothing too much trouble, took his time, was thorough, understanding and kind. He even got my sick note sorted which seemed to be a mammoth feat for the receptionist on duty. Edward is really a massive asset to the team, if only he could be replicated! Thank you Edward
